Un nuovo lavoro collaborativo a tema foresta a rinverdire il Foyer del Comune di Bolzano: 30 tele realizzate da altrettant* artist* a comporre le tessere del quadro di Henri Rousseau dal titolo “Exotic Landscape with Lion and Lioness” per una nuova dimensione collettiva che ci faccia ri-scoprire la nostra parte più istintiva e vera. La foresta è il luogo dell’ignoto, il simbolo della scoperta e di un diverso ordine a cui l’umano dovrebbe poter tornare per liberarsi dall’istinto di distruzione che lo caratterizza.
Ein neues Gemeinschaftsprojekt zum Thema Wald begrünt das Foyer des Bozner Rathauses: 30 Teilwerke, gestaltet von ebenso vielen KünstlerInnen, fügen sich wie Mosaiksteine zu Henri Rousseaus Gemälde „Exotic Landscape with Lion and Lioness“ zusammen. Dadurch entsteht eine neue kollektive Dimension, die dazu einlädt, unser ureigenes, instinktives und authentisches Selbst wiederzuentdecken. Der Wald steht für das Unbekannte - ein Symbol der Entdeckung und eine alternative Ordnung, zu der die Menschheit zurückfinden sollte, um sich aus ihrem charakteristischen Zerstörungsdrang zu befreien.
A new collaborative work themed around the forest to regreen the foyer of the Bolzano Town Hall: thirty canvases, created by as many artists, come together to form the pieces of Henri Rousseau’s painting “Exotic Landscape with Lion and Lioness”. This project creates a new collective dimension, inviting us to rediscover our most instinctive and authentic selves. The forest represents the unknown - a symbol of discovery and an alternative order to which humanity should be able to return in order to break free from its characteristic destructive instinct.
