“Reclaiming the Body” è la quarta edizione di “Joints”, un progetto espositivo e pedagogico che mette in dialogo artiste e artisti affermati a livello internazionale con una giovane generazione di artiste e artisti emergenti. La mostra riunisce la rinomata artista norvegese-nigeriana Frida Orupabo, la giovane artista Grete von Glashagen e il giovane artista Emanuel Crepaz.
Al centro vi è il corpo come luogo di attribuzione, violenza, desiderio, visibilità e autodeterminazione.

„Reclaiming the Body“ ist die vierte Ausgabe des Ausstellungs- und Vermittlungsprojekts „Joints“, das international etablierte künstlerische Positionen mit einer jungen Generation von Kunstschaffenden in Dialog bringt. Die Ausstellung vereint die renommierte norwegisch-nigerianische Künstlerin Frida Orupabo mit den jungen KünstlerInnnen Grete von Glashagen und Emanuel Crepaz.
Im Mittelpunkt steht der Körper als Ort von Zuschreibung, Gewalt, Begehren, Sichtbarkeit und Selbstbestimmung.

“Reclaiming the Body” is the fourth edition of “Joints”, an exhibition and educational project that fosters a dialogue between internationally acclaimed artists and a young generation of emerging artists. The exhibition brings together the renowned Norwegian - Nigerian artist Frida Orupabo and the young artists Grete von Glashagen and Emanuel Crepaz. At its core lies the body as a site of attribution, violence, desire, visibility, and self-determination.
