As part of the Bolzano Art Weeks 2026, Kulturheim Gries and Bozen Fiorisce will host the “Community Day”, a one-day participatory programme that transforms Kulturheim into a living house for the city.
Through collective cooking, shared meals, music, workshops, talks, reading circles, movement, and creative interventions, visitors become active participants rather than spectators.
The event explores how public space, neighborhood activation, culture, and community care can strengthen social connections and inspire new ways of living together. Existing local initiatives, associations, artists, and citizens come together to demonstrate how values such as participation, inclusion, green spaces, sustainable mobility and  well-being can be experienced in practice.
The Community Day functions as a temporary living lab where collaboration becomes visible, tangible, and joyful, offering a shared vision of a more connected, resilient, and vibrant Bolzano.
